Unless otherwise noted, site content is owned by EvologikAI and is provided for informational and procurement-evaluation purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or derivative reuse requires written permission.

Website content, tools, and generated materials are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, financial, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice.

4. AI Output Non-Reliance

Any AI-assisted or machine-generated output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for human review and independent validation before relying on any output for business, legal, compliance, safety, or operational decisions.

5. No Warranty

This website and all materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvologikAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of this site.

In all cases, total liability related to these Terms will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EvologikAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

8. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in English, except where injunctive relief is required to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

9. Separate Contracted Services

If you enter a signed MSA, SOW, or other agreement with EvologikAI, that agreement governs the contracted services and prevails over these website Terms for that service scope.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
