Privacy posture

This page explains how initial inquiry data is handled, what should not be submitted through the public site, and where responsibility boundaries remain.

What this site collects

The site is intended to collect only the contact and project-context information needed to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and operate the site responsibly.

Inquiry data

Contact submissions may include your name, email, business name, general location, and high-level project details. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, government IDs, or other highly sensitive personal information through the public inquiry form.

Responsibility boundaries

EvologikAI handles inquiry information for initial contact, scoping, and follow-up. Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have the right to share any business information they provide and for withholding regulated or highly sensitive data unless a separate written agreement and secure process are in place.

Service providers and processors

Inquiry handling may involve third-party providers such as website hosting, email, forms, scheduling, analytics, or infrastructure vendors. Those providers may process information on our behalf under their own service terms and safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, and legal or operational purposes, then deleted, anonymized, or archived as appropriate. If a paid engagement begins, data handling and retention may be governed by the applicable project agreement.

Analytics

Analytics or performance tools, if used, should be configured with data minimization in mind and only to the extent appropriate for site operation, measurement, and improvement.
